He was easy to talk to, very understanding and has a keen sense of humor.
When I first met the team of Mr. Dinkins and Miss Sanders in 2015 I was very impressed with their professionalism and dedication to the clients they serve. They always impressed the fact upon each individual of their worth and helped them learn how to play to their strengths.
He will be dearly missed in the day to day working of the program. I salute you Mr. Dinkins and wish you nothing but the best in your future endeavors. God bless!
